My husband and I closed on our first home in December of 2023. We were completely new to homeownership, and to top it off, we were building. The stress was immeasurable and it took over our lives for about five months. When we first met with Mrs. Walker and her team, we were put at ease almost immediately. We were reassured so many times. You could say the Dawn Realty team became our therapists. We were able to call about anything and at any time. The team was so prompt with their responses and walked through the entire process with us. To add, there were times that the builders would tell us one thing, and Mrs. Walker and her team would caution us in certain areas to make sure we were not blindsided.
